Cover of Wonder Woman #100 - Alternate Foil Edition A limited edition foil cover was also released. This issue sees the end of writer William Messener-Loeb's run on the book as well as that of interior artist Mike Deodato and excellent cover artist Brian Bolland.


Plot Summary:

Donna Milton is revealed to have been Circe all along, having taken a human guise. But her humanity overwhelms her own evilness and she helps Diana to find Artemis. However, after a brutal fight Artemis dies at the hands of the White Magician before Diana finally kills him. The Amazon Princess mourns the loss of her sister and solemnly reclaims the title of "Wonder Woman" as per Artemis' dying wish.
