Plot Summary:

Diana decides she needs to relate once more with the people of Man's World and no longer live in the clouds, aloofly looking down on them from inside her floating Wonder Dome. She instructs the Lansarian substance to become new Themysciran Embassies situated around the world from where she will preach her message of peace and love.
