Again, Luke chooses an interesting subject matter by refocusing on her mission
to bring peace to Man's World - something that Luke felt had fallen by the wayside
since the days of George Perez. What might happen if Diana used her God given
powers to not simply preach peace, but actively enforce it by intervening
in one of the world's many conflicts.
Wonder Woman attempts to intervene in a Middle Eastern War and bring an end
to the bloodshed by showing the respective military leaders their own inner
fears and common interests, but her efforts end in bloody failure.
