Plot Summary:

Wonder Woman captures Mr. Kipp, a delicatessen owner and fifth columnist and as a result also captures a group of German spies disguised as fishermen disabling their U-Boat and preventing them destroying the Salem shipyards. She also rescues Tommy Royden, an american youngster who has been taken captive by the Nazi Spies.
